I was a professional gift giver in a past life (it’s true). To me, a good gift can go a couple ways. Something they wouldn’t buy for themselves, something practical, something fun, doesn’t have to be too sentimental during the holidays. I have a zebra print back and get so.many.compliments. Perfect for a daughter, niece, or anyone really. I would wear this, and I’m 34, and I would be excited to gift it to a 20-year-old or a 60-year-old. This is a really popular shape right now, and if you want some extra points…buy them a silk scarf to tie around it!!
For Her St Agni Belt Bag:
This is a great carry-all. For work, for travel— a great Prada-esque knock-off for 1/3 the price. St. Agni has many good bags. This one is a crowd favorite.
For Her Vintage Designer Bag!!:
My mom told me this wasn’t so obvious so…a really thoughtful and fun gift is a vintage designer bag. I can help you with this, but here are some sites to check out: TheRealReal, Vestiaire, Poshmark. Try searching “Vintage [whatever designer] bag” — Fendi, Gucci Jackie bags, and Louis Vuitton monogram are some easy places to start!

On the topic of a good pant/comfy outfit…This brand is super popular and comfy. Not too sexy, so it’s not weird if you gift them to a daughter, daughter-in-law, etc. Really known for their pointelle!
For Her Parallel Makeup Bag:
Major shoutout to my most rigorous product-reviewer friend, Emma, for finding this makeup/travel bag from Parallel. This is SUPER legit and hold almost anything your recipient would need to bring with them on a trip. Incredibly durable and just so freaking useful!! I would start with Medium. If you think $100+ is too much for a bag like this, go check your cabinets and see how many flimsy ones you have laying around. I promise, it’s worth it.
For Her Lizzie Fortunato Mini Organic Hoops:
SO easy!!! They are LIGHT and the perfect size. Get these for your daughters, daughters-in-law, nieces, and your kids’ partners. I like the idea of a color—tell them to wear with a neutral sweater for daytime and layered with more jewelry (like above) for evening. You can’t go wrong but purple brings out green eyes, copper/orange brings out blue, greenish/blue brings out brown eyes.

I’m wearing this necklace today in the 18” and I have received compliments from a co-worker on zoom, my barista, and the doorman to my office. This mask is hands down the absolute best mask I have ever used. The next day, poors are invisible, skin is glowing, and any remnants of acne have shrunk. It’s $$$ — why it makes a good gift!

One of the most elite facialists in downtown NYC, Sofie has perfected a rich moisturizer that works on almost all skin types. Leaves you bouncy and hydrated.
For Him Malbon Golf Shoes:
I think this style is nice for anyone. Samba has been the shoe of the year but I don’t think they are played out on the golf course. They have a nice preppy, country-club vibe from the 80s.
I think these are cool golf shoes. This style is exceptionally popular for guys age 18+

Called in some help. My phone a friend said a good house slipper is underrated. He has these! Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb with colors…they are slippers…A few other options below:

Nike ACG Mules : More of an outdoor shoe but great for a quick dog walk or errand run
For Him Bandit Running Mockneck Longsleeve
Yes, my bf works here, but Bandit makes incredibly functional running/workout clothes. This top is great for anyone who runs in sub 50 degrees. It actually comes with reusable hand warmers! Much more interesting than the tried and true Nike or Adidas—definitely check out their other shirts/sweaters/shorts. I think it will make you look cool that you know what this brand is.
For Him Alex Mill Clothing:
I feel like my brothers always ask for pretty basic things— more t-shirts, a sweater, “clothes”. Such a broad topic but if you don’t want to go the J.Crew route, I would suggest dipping a toe into Alex Mill. My picks are the Cashmere Henley, The Carl Polo, The Field Pant, The Slub Pocket T-Shirt.

I was sleeping on Buck Mason. The quality and fit of this brand is unreal. Here are my picks. Wool Collared Cardigan, Perfect White Tee, Thermal Henley, Quarter Zip, The Nighthawk Sunglasses.
For Everyone Evercool Cooling Pillow:
Sleep is a theme for me this year. A cold pillow…that’s priceless. For your kid who just moved into their new apartment or in with their partner. Most people I know keep their pillows for WAY too long. This is an easy and not too presumptuous gift. Also great for someone who has everything. It’s kind of random and unexpected! It is a bit flat so keep that in mind!

This one looks hilarious but hear me out… for hangover-prone friends, your friend who gets debilitating migraines, or just someone who needs a nap aid. It’s reallllly good for those who experience migraines.

A big investment, but this is THE gift for yourself or your partner…because you will benefit. This is expensive, but again, you will benefit. I think this is one of the most impressive gifts you could get someone. The newest model allows for different temperatures on opposite sides of the bed, wakes you up with vibration, can help snoring, and more. I want this so bad; it’s the ultimate luxury: SLEEP.
For Everyone Theraface Depuffing Wand:
For the girlies or the guys. This thing is supposed to actually work!! Perfectttt for tired parents, a hangover, pre event! I have to say, I buy my brother and my boyfriend more skincare products than my girlfriends. They don’t know what to buy and they typically have no idea where to start. This is a fun one for sons, and I bet my dad would LOVE this for Florida weather.
For Him Yeti Hard Cooler:
Feels kind of duh but my neighbor left this at my house last summer and it became very handy for all my summer parties…They eventually took it back and it made me realize that a nice, great looking cooler, is actually a fantastic thing to have. I would encourage you to buy a fun color!! If they go to the beach or camp think about one with wheels.
For Everyone Normatec Elite Hips:
Everyone got a lot more athletic this year — this came out for upper thighs and butt. If I didn’t want a new watch so badly, I’d ask for these.

Wow. This looks amazing for a new parent or anyone with back pain. lol. I must be starting to see a trend in myself…
For Him Bose Open Ear Head Phones:
Everyone seems to have a hard time buying for men. I think anyone could use a pair of headphones like this, but I think they are particularly great for a guy who likely buys himself everything he needs. Kind of novel but will keep them safe on their runs, bikes, walks etc.

Stocking Stuffers - SOCKS
I don’t care what anyone says, socks make great stocking stuffers and gifts. People are always running through them. I love these because the colors are so fun and reversible.
Uniqlo is my OG fav sock brand. The colors are fantastic. Buy a bundle of 3-5 fun colors.
AND these Comme Si socks are GOLD STANDARD. Expensive and worth it. Nothing like slipping into a luxurious sock. Exactly the epitome of a great gift— something you really wouldn’t buy for yourself! —
